One bed room available in Smithdown house

Looking for a student/young professional to join our house of three girls (two third year students and one professional). We have a lovely social living room and kitchen, with a beautiful garden. This is our second year living in the house as we love it so much - it’s in a perfect location, just off Smithdown road and is only £100 with all bills included per week. There is a dining room, and spare room with a bed which is available for friends and family to use.
