Hi! I’m Liv, and I’m looking for a housemate to join me in my lovely home in Old Swan 😊

I’ve lived here for two years now, and it’s a super cozy, fully furnished space (except for the spare room) with a nice, chill vibe. I take pride in keeping it well-maintained, and you’ll definitely notice that I’m a big fan of plants—they’re dotted all around the house!

The room available is large and currently just has a bed in it (which can be removed if you’d like) so you’ll need to bring your own storage, but there’s plenty of space to make it your own. The house has one bathroom, plus additional storage around, and there’s also a small garden out back. On-street parking is available too.

A bit about me: I work full-time from home (5 days a week but I have an office upstairs) and share the place with my little dog, Bonnie. I love staying active, so you’ll usually find me at the climbing gym about four times a week. I also love hiking and walking Bonnie around Sefton Park. I enjoy having friends over, but this isn’t a party house - I’m hoping to find someone who could be a friend as well as a housemate and really make the space feel like home!

Location is great too:
* Big Tesco is just a short walk away, and Edge Lane Retail Park is 5 minutes by car.
* Excellent transport links: a bus stop at the end of the street and the motorway just a few minutes away.
