It’s a large three bedroom flat in a gorgeous Victorian building - by Princes Park and Sefton Park. Gorgeous high ceiling living room, separate kitchen and a study (3rd bedroom).
About the room…
A cosy double room. It was freshly painted in the summer, carpets professionally cleaned then too and mattress / mattress topper were purchased at the same time - so it’s all pretty new & fresh! I’ve kept it simple in here so that someone can put their own stamp on it. Apart from the bed, everything else can be moved out.
The main bathroom with bath & shower would be solely yours.
Extra storage space is also available in the flat. And, gated parking available if you drive.

I’m Jen 🙋🏻♀️ I’m pretty chill. Very clean. Not a big party girl. I’m more of a Saturday afternoon wine kinda person ✌🏻
I spend every other week (Mon - Fri) in London for work. So at these times you’ll have the whole place to yourself!
At weekends, I usually spend my time cooking, going for walks, hanging out at Lark Lane or a pub in town, seeing family or going to check out a sauna somewhere! (I’m big into saunas & cold plunges!)
Not suitable for anyone with pets.
