Comfortable large five-bedroom 1850's Victorian villa with its own drive in a quiet cul-de-sac near Sefton Park. 1.5 miles from the City Centre with excellent access to bus services and nearby shops and restaurants in Lodge Lane.
The house is the home of a recently retired couple who are letting out two similar sized rooms in the property at the back of the house.
The first room (currently occupied) is a fully furnished bedroom with a king size bed and bunk beds.
The second room (currently available) is a fully furnished bedroom with a king size bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, and TV with Firestick.
A bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has a shower, toilet and sink. The tenants have access to the family kitchen and can share cooking facilities and storage with the owners.
There is WiFi access throughout the house with a good signal in the bedrooms. Due to the large size of the house signal strength may vary in other rooms.
A washing machine is available included in the rent along with air drying facilities.
There are also large gardens front and back which the tenants will have access to.
We are looking for a professional person with a good history of rental occupation, who is happy to share a house with other tenants and the owners and respect their privacy as well as treat the property with care.
