A bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has a shower, toilet and sink. The tenants have access to the family kitchen and can share cooking facilities and storage with the owners.
There is WiFi access throughout the house with a good signal in the bedrooms. Due to the large size of the house signal strength may vary in other rooms.

There are also large gardens front and back which the tenants will have access to.
