Room to rent - Speke/Garston

I have a large double room available to rent in my house that I'm currently renting just by Speke Retail park. House has good transport links nearby and there is parking available on my drive. My previous flatmate has now moved in with her partner so looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Full access to all areas of the house including garden and conservatory. I have strong WiFi, Sky TV and bills aren't too expensive and will be split between us. I would say I'm easy to live with, I get on with most and I love cooking for people which is an added bonus. I do have a lovely cat named Jerry who has been part of my life for 3 months now and anyone looking to move in will have to be okay with cats. I work Monday-Friday, all working from home but I use the spare room to work in so won't be in your way.
