Temporary let, double room near Sefton Park

I have a lovely double attic room available in my Toxteth house, which is just 5 minutes walk away from Sefton Park and a 12-minute walk to Lark Lane. A 5 minute walk in the other direction will take you to Lodge Lane, which is fantastic for international foods, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Asda and Aldi on Smithdown Road.
The bus stop for the city centre (buses 80, 80A, 75, 76) is at one end of the road, and other end on Smithdown Road is served by all the 86's.
Off-road parking is available.
Bills including council tax and broadband are included.
I work away most of the time so you will have almost exclusive private access to the bathroom at the top of the house. The kitchen and living areas are shared.
The accommodation is most suited to quiet professionals but I would also consider quiet students; this is a predominantly residential area and the house is our home, not a HMO.
