A room has just become available in our modern 6 bedroom property in Kensington. Only 10 minutes away from the City Centre, and 2 mins from the closest bus route!!

There is a lovely open-plan kitchen and lounge on the ground floor, fitted with a modern kitchen, American fridge freezer, dining table and even surround sound. All your basic essentials, such as your pots, pans, plates etc.. will be included as well. There is a large 50" flat screen TV in the lounge and a super comfy corner couch for you and your housemates to sit back, relax and enjoy!

Your bedroom comprises of a double bed with plenty of storage space underneath, a double wardrobe with drawers and a desk and chair!

There are two communal bathrooms, both generously sized, and cleaned fortnightly by our professional cleaners, all included in your bills!

We are looking for a friendly working professional, roughly between the ages of 21-35, who are looking to live in a cool and spacious home with lovely, friendly housemates! The current housemates, Maia, Bethany, Diya, Liss & Laura are all young professionals, all between the ages of 20 - 29 and can't wait to meet their new housemate. They were all brand new to the house 9 months ago, and are so happy together. They're looking for somebody who can fit in with a friendly/girly household.
