Room available in a 4 bedroom student house

I am dropping out of uni so I no longer require this room. It is in a perfect location right near edge hill shopping centre, local to lots of shops, food places, gym etc. It will be shared with 3 lovely girls going into 2nd year. The house is newly furnished. The walls are white now.
