Urgent Tenancy Takeover

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a double bedroom in a 6-bedroom house on Gresford Avenue, Smithdown. Rent is £120 per week with all bills included. The contract officially runs from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026, but I’m happy for someone to move in earlier if needed. The house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living area, and is in a great location. You’d be living with 5 really lovely girls going into their third year, they’re friendly, tidy, and easy to get along with.
