Looking for a female to take my room!!!!
Spacious downstairs room with big bay windows which are south facing so lots of sun and natural lighting. On suite which has a big shower with good pressure. We are friends with people on our road and have never had any issues, it is a very safe road. The house was renovated last year so new carpets, furniture, paint, windows etc. The room is furnished so there is a desk, chest of draws, wardrobe and three- quarter size bed (easily fits two people). There is a small patio space at the front of the house and a small garden space out back. There is also a washer and dryer that are new and work great, 2 fridges and a dish washer!!
Looking for a female housemate as it is an all girl house, 4 girls (as I am leaving and they are renewing their tenancy).
