It's a double room in a mid-terraced house in Kensington, a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, near shops and supermarkets and about 1.5 miles from both LJMU and Liverpool Uni. Nice condition and modern decor. Open plan living area with sofa, TV, modern kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, bright tiles and a breakfast bar. The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and a TV.
