Tenancy takeover, 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment

£1090 per month. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
The new tenant/tenants would be taking over my current tenancy so you'll be able to move in once very quickly once the all the referencing is complete. I have already moved out.

Those moving in will need to pass financial referencing. This means the renter/renters combined income needs to be 35x more than the rent as a annual salary. Or they can use a gurantor who is earning 35x more than the rent per year.

After the tenancy is nearly over, tenants can extend the contract for a further 6 or 12 months.
- 2 bedrooms.
- 2 bathrooms (one being an ensuite).
- Fully furnished (if desired).
- Washing machine, Dishwasher included in the furnishing.
- Has parking.
- Council Tax band B.
- Bills are not included, with the exception of the water bill. The rest are to be paid separately.
