I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Chatham Lodge (Myrtle Street, Liverpool) starting this academic year due to personal circumstances. I would've stayed here since the location is perfect and everything you need is literally a few minutes away. Only giving it up because i really have no other choice right now.

🛏️ It's a Classic 3-Bed Apartment (shared with 2 friendly flatmates), and the room is external-facing with plenty of light. (Ensuite)

💷 Rent is £148/week, and the contract runs for 51 weeks (30 Aug 2025 – 21 Aug 2026).

✅ Deposit is already paid, and all bills are included (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi).

The flat is spacious – even the bathroom is large (each person has their own bathroom)– and it's fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, and shared kitchen/lounge.
