Myself and my girlfriend have got our first house together and rent additional rooms to help with house costs.

We have both recently finished our masters and are now working full time. We currently rent to 2 other tenants who work full time however one is moving in with their partner in September.

The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with plenty of space and communal areas including living room, kitchen and garden.

Alongside all bills being included we also have a cleaner who comes weekly.

We are looking for a young professional who is social and looking for a house share.

The room is available from October.

The house has free on street parking and is close to major bus routes for those who don't drive. Additionally we are within a 30 minute walk of 3 major hospitals for NHS workers.
