Hi, due to unforeseen circumstances I have to had to suspend my studies at UoL, therefore I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
The house is in smithdown, a really nice and buzzing student area. Its 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and fully refurbished so its modern. Each room has a TV. The kitchen has 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 fridges, 2 hobs and 2 sinks as well as plenty of cabinet storage. I have a video from when I went to view the house, which I can send if interested :)
The group is 5 girls, all students. Some are second year and some are third. 3 of the girls are at LJMU, 1 at Hope and 1 at UoL. They are all really lovely and enjoy a night out as well as a night in.
The room available is room 6 on the floor plan which is the biggest room in the house. The tenancy started on July 1st and I have paid the rent from July - October first. Move in can happen as soon as the paperwork for tenancy takeover is done. All bills are included!
