Room is available to move in immediately.
Although short-term lets are conisdered, we would prefer someone who could stay until the end of the tenancy(July 2026).

Rent is £ 118 per week/ 511 £ per month, with a £ 350 deposit. Bills are included. Ideally looking for a student for council tax reasons(as the rest of us are students). Otherwise, you will have to cover the council tax at the reduced rate.

The property has 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a little outside area. There are 5 bedrooms in total.

13-minute walk to the nearest train station (Edge Hill)
25-minute walk to Town Centre
Also has quick access to the bus stations for the 7,10, 61, 78 and 79

One important aspect to keep in mind is that we are an all-queer household. As a result, we would appreciate someone who is comfortable living with queer people.
