Large double in L8 with office space

Large double room in Toxteth, with additional access to another spare room as office space.

The house is 4-bedrooms, but one room is used as my office, another is the double advertised, and the last can be used as an office by the tenant.

The double room has a large wardrobe space with plenty of storage and comes furnished with a double bed, desk and chair.

Along with me (43 year old; he/him), you would be sharing the house with Rick the cat - so you need to be comfortable sharing space with a house cat.

There is one shared bathroom, with an additional toilet downstairs; a large kitchen diner area that has access to a small yard outdoor space. There is a shared lounge also.

There is on street parking, the house is about a 40 minute walk to Lime Street Station, 20 minutes to Brunswick Station. There is a big Tesco's and Lidl's within 10 minutes walk, and Prince's and Sefton Park are on the doorstep.

I'm advertising now, looking to offer viewings in early September, with someone moving soon after that.
