The flat is shared with 2 friendly and tidy housemates (both professionals). The room is bright, spacious, and fully furnished. The flat has a modern kitchen, living space, and bathroom.
Rent: £600 per month
Deposit: £250 (payable to landlord/agent, protected in official scheme)
Contract: Takeover of my tenancy until December 2025 (with renewal option)

Location: Great spot in Liverpool – easy access to universities, city centre & transport links.
