The house: all bills included plus fast WiFi. Shared kitchen, shared living room, and 3.5 bathrooms. You’ll have a bathroom to yourself, and may share with another person in the future.
Housemates: you’ll be living with two other people. There is potential for another person to join down the line.
Area: a quiet residential area in Kensington with great transport links nearby. It’s close to Lidl, Home Bargains and other shops near Edge Lane. 15 mins walk from Edge Hill station.
