Furnished bedroom with great sized ensuite in 3 bed house. Two other students renting here for the academic year. Looking for someone around the same age range to replace my tenancy. Shared living space and kitchen, about 20 minutes walk from uni campus. Bus stop just outside less than 2 min away, bills included with rent. Council tax band A. I have already paid the deposit and the first few months of rent.
