We are excited to announce a room has come available in one of our lovely professional houses in L6. Only a ten minute walk to Edge Lane Shopping Centre and close to Newsham Park for sunny days!

The property features a lounge with comfy couches and a smart TV. There is also a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage for you and your housemates cooking items as well as a dishwasher! A breakfast bar is the perfect place to have dinner with your new housemates. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Your garden at the back is perfect for relaxing in after work during the summer. The available room features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You would share a bathroom with only one other housemate as it is a Jack and Jill bathroom!

Worried about nightmare housemates? Don't be, the current housemates are all girls and keep the property super clean! Jessica, Ashlinn, Eleanor and Lucy are super excited to welcome their new housemate into their home! There is also a cleaner that attends every other week to clean communal areas.

All bills are included same with the council tax (band A).
