There is a spacious open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The appliances are modern and feature an American fridge/ freezer, dining table and surround sound! There is a large smart TV with a comfy corner sofa, it is perfect for relaxing with your new housemates after a day at work!

Your bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage underneath as well as a double wardrobe with drawers. The room also has a desk and chair for working from home.

There are two generously sized communal bathrooms. These and all other communal areas are cleaned every other week by our professional cleaners!

The current housemates are all super friendly and get on really well. They are all females and between 21 and 29 years old. Liss, Fidaws, Diya, Derwin and Laura are all super excited to welcome someone new into their home! Most of them were brand new into the house over a year ago and love living there!

Tenant compatibility is super important to us, we always aim to ensure housemates have similar interests. So, no need to worry about nightmare housemates!

All bills are included and there is free parking on the street right outside!
