We have a double room going in our 3-bed house in Kensington (L7). It’s a good location for anyone looking for somewhere close to uni and Liverpool centre.

£115/week (bills included with a £700 each cap)

2 bathrooms both with shower and toilet

Kitchen fully kitted out – gas hob, fridge/freezer, and plenty of cupboard space

Living room with enough space for 5 and dinning room table

Garden with a rly cool outhouse

Washer (no dryer though, but we have a dehumidifier and heater clothes horse we are happy to share)

The house is in a really good spot for uni – 5 mins to campus. Me and my other house mate are friendly, tidy, and easy-going. We're looking for someone relaxed and outdoorsy with a good sense of humour.
