This is a Gold Suite – a private studio with en-suite, kitchen, and study area, offering approximately 20–22m² of modern, self-contained space. The location is fantastic: 48 Islington, Liverpool L3 8LH, just a 5–10 minute walk to LJMU and the University of Liverpool.

Rent: £269/week (all bills included – Wi-Fi & contents insurance)
Contract: 44-week tenancy (13 September 2025 – 18 July 2026)
