Hello!
I am currently looking to sublet my spare room. I have a small pug dog called Baby and two cats called Betty and Chonky. I go away for a night or two quite often so am looking for someone who is willing to take care of my pets whilst I am away.
Rent is £500 inclusive of all bills (utilities, internet and council tax). There is a HUGE wardrobe in the room and also other storage space throughout the flat. Open plan kitchen and living space. The flat is in a beautiful victorian building with lots of natural light. It is right over the road from Sefton Park and a ten minute walk from the Asda on Smithdown Road.
I am a funny, kind and approachable person. I work nights as a counsellor for Childline. I am also an avant-garde artist and musician. I am autistic so cleanliness is really important to me so I am looking for someone who is tidy. I like a chat but also like my personal space so someone like minded would be ideal!
