Tenancy Take Over

I am no longer attending university and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It runs until August 31st 2026. Rent is 500 pounds a month, bills and internet included! There are 2 other flatmates here who are clean, fun, and good people. The room is of a decent size and comes with desk, chair, wardrobe and bed/bed frame! about a 10 minute walk to University of Liverpool and 20 minute walk to Bold Street. There is also a Tesco a 2 minute walk away as well.
