I am no longer attending university and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy runs until August 31st 2026. Rent is 500 pounds a month! All bills and broadband are paid for except the Water Rate which comes to 22 pounds per month.
The flat is located in L7 Liverpool and is a 2 minute walk from a Tesco market, 10 minute walk to the Uni of Liverpool Campus and 20 Minute walk to Bold Street.
There are 2 other flatmates who attend an arts university in the area and they are clean, fun, and very kind. Whoever should move in also needs to be these things.
