Available from mid Dec/ Jan 1st. I am doing the second semester in London and need someone to take over my tenancy 🧚🏽♂️

Everybody is very friendly and chatty- quite chill but like to go to the pub from time to time. It is a mixture of third year and masters students living in the house. There are two kitchens so the living spaces are separate by gender, making a seven person house feel like a 3 person house!! This house has a homely feel rather than your typical student house which I have loved personally. Everybody is doing their own thing as well as hanging together so there is no pressure to merge entirely with everyone!!
I am looking for someone who feels they would be a good fit for the current tenants, but if you like to keep to yourself that is also fine you just preferably are not crazy:) give me a text or message on here if you are interested and have any questions.
