Takeover my room contract!!

I am having to potentially drop out of university due to financial issues, but need to find a replacement tennant.

I cannot afford rent anymore due to personal circumstances despite how cheap it is. Please message me to talk about taking it over ASAP as needing to get out before i can't afford anymore,
Rent is 1st every month/in 3 installments, council tax exemption for students.

Room 5 shared next to room 6 on top floor with bathroom. Double bed, furnished, mirror, wardrobe, desk and chair, two drawers, underbed room.

All people so so lovely, only met them this year but involved me when can (as 4 of them friends from before), invited me out, talk and have a laugh.
