Looking for full-time student replacement tenant

Hi, because of me having to repeat a year and being forced to not attend any classes because of it, I will not be able to pay the rent for my room (502-A) and according to my tenancy agreement, I must find a full-time student wanting accommodation in Liverpool to replace me in my room. The room in flat 502 is a single bed ensuite room with a desk, wardrobe and decent view of Liverpool's streets. I haven't met any of my flat mates since I only looked at the room and kitchen available (which quite large and more than able to accommodate the 6 other flat mates) after checking in. I will need to refer you to the St Luke's View so that they can organise all of the logistics about moving you in, the best way to do this is via email.
