Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Agnes Jones House, student accommodation, as soon as possible.
It’s close to LJMU, University of Liverpool and LIPA.
It’s a non-ensuite on ground floor. There are 6 other students living in this flat, and we share a kitchen and two bathrooms, but we have our own sink in our rooms. Everyone is very nice:)
The contract is a fixed-term from start date (08/09/25) to and including 31/08/26. You will need a Uk based guarantor in order to pay in instalments, if not you’ll have to pay everything up front.
This is in a student accommodation, so you’ll have to be a student in order to live here:)
