Rooms available in a peaceful, friendly home – Old Swan, Liverpool

I have two lovely rooms available in my home in Old Swan. The house has a warm, homely feel and is well looked after, so I’m hoping to find people who will appreciate and care for it too.

The rooms are:
£375 per month
£395 per month

Both include all bills and a cleaner who comes twice a month

You’d be sharing with two friendly female housemates. The house has a spacious living and dining area (with a piano!) and is furnished, clean, and comfortable.

The location is convenient, with regular buses to the city centre and easy access to both the north and south of Liverpool.

I’ve loved living here and there is a very calm and considerate atmosphere.
