Room to rent in Friendly House Share

Hey! I'm Adam. I'm moving out on the 24th November and I'm looking for a replacement to take my room over. The other housemates are looking for a friendly housemate to join the house share. The room available is a really good size, we have spacious living areas as well as a little yard with a good sun trap! Rent is £380, all bills included. The road is just off Smithdown so close to Sefton Park and lots of shops. It's a very residential area (all our neighbours are families). Jen (25) is a musician so often works from home a lot but often out later for rehearsals and gigs. Izzy (28) and Dan (27) are out during the day mostly as they are PhD students, but around in the evening. Let me know if you have any questions - shoot me a message if you are interested!
