Flatmate

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy It’s a top floor attic style flat where you’d be sharing with my flatmate who is 23 and works as a chef. The bed is an ottoman so lifts up for storage. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Sefton Park/Lark lane and is only a few minutes from bus routes into Liverpool, there is also a train station nearby and plenty of shops ie asda/aldi for food shopping.
