I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from December with an official date to be confirmed. It’s a top floor attic style flat where you’d be sharing with my flatmate who is 23 and works as a chef. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Sefton Park/Lark lane and is only a few minutes from bus routes into Liverpool, there is also a train station nearby and plenty of shops ie asda/aldi for food shopping. Bills are approx £160-£180 each on top of the rent per month.
