Love cooking or just having your own space? Then this room with its own kitchenette is perfect for you! In Walton the city centre and M57 is only a short trip away! There are loads of shops and parks to fill your weekend with.

All 6 rooms in the house have their own kitchenette with a microwave and fridge as well as there being two communal kitchens to cook with all your new housemates! Your room includes a smart TV, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

You would share your bathroom with one other person as there are two en-suites and two communal bathrooms in the house.

There are currently five working professionals in the property, 4 males and 1 female. They are all super excited to welcome someone new into their home!

Worried about nightmare housemates? Don't be. Cosi take compatibility seriously to ensure you will have similar interests with your new housemates!

Parking is free and directly outside the property. Bills are also included as well as council tax (band A).
