I’m dropping out of uni and have a lovely room in a 4 bedroom house right next to Greenbank Park (150ft) and Smithdown Rd (200m).

- 4 Bedroom house with 3 guys
- spacious furnished room with a desk, cupboards and wardrobe
- communal kitchen/living space
- p/week: £135
- private landlord
- contract ends on June 31st
- access to washing machine
- 2 Bathrooms
- locks on doors

We’re looking for:

A friendly student who is able to stay until the end of June (31st). We go out together and the house may be a bit hectic for someone who doesn’t like nightlife or music. Everyone is friendly and the rooms are private.
