A short walk from Otterspool Promenade, this apartment is perfect for those working near or within Liverpool City Centre. Baltic Triangle is also a 5 minute bus journey, which will soon be accessible by Baltic Train Station. Lark Lane is also within walking distance (15-20 minutes) or 10 minutes via bus.

Apartment features a spacious and comfortable living room, modern kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher and a shared bathroom. Car parking space is also included free of charge.

Room to rent features a double bed, very spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Complex is secure with code-restricted gates for cars and pedestrians. Gardens are well maintained, and there is a lake in the center of the complex for a relaxing walk within the grounds.

Current flatmate:
Flatmate is a female professional (Irish) and looking for a preferably female flatmate between 25 and 32 as other flatmate is female and in this age range.

Please note:
If your job is fully remote, you will not be considered due to the large impact this has on bills and can be tricky to split. Hybrid remote is acceptable as other flatmates work from home 1-2 days a week.

Transport:
The apartment is serviced a three minute walk away by the 500 bus route which takes you directly into Liverpool One. Additionally, Brunswick train station is less than a 10 minute walk away with the city center being a 4 minute train journey.
Lark Lane and Liverpool John Lennon Airport are also a 10-15 minute drive away (less when roads aren't busy!).

Gym:
Nuffield Health Complex is a 2 minute walk away and a JD Gym is a 10 minute walk away.

Bills:
Broadband, Gax, Electricity and Water are split.

Viewing availability:
Room is available to view upon request, but preferably evenings between 4.30pm-7pm. Weekend viewings are available but very limited due to other commitments so best to schedule during a weekday.
