I am looking for someone for tenancy take-over.
I want to move out from my accommodation as my university is in chester. If your university is in Liverpool or nearby, this is the best cheapest option for en-suite rooms. 15mins walk to city centre, all supermarkets and limestreet station.
This place and room is fun-loving, beautiful, newly built building, equipped with modern furniture and facilities in kitchen. They have Dishwasher as well(usually v. rare in accommodations).
Weekly cleaning facility included.
Very hygienic and sparkling white personal bathroom. Lots of space in room, cupboards are sufficient too.
My room has beautiful view as well.
Rent is £120/week with all bills included !!
My room is same as shown in the pictures, spacious kitchen available and is usually shared between 5 people. common area, games facilities, plus separate study area.

Tenancy is till 31/08/2026 (it can be extended as long as you want to stay)

Rent pay date is 13th of every month.
You can come for viewing if you want, just ping me up a day before.
