I am looking for a sublet to take over the lease for an amazing studio very close to Liverpool Centre and two Universities.
Features;
Quiet and friendly building, common lounge with a study area, pool table, pinpong table, cinema like seating area.

The Studio:
Double sized bed
Full kitchen (I can leave a coffee drip machine, an airfryer, and a kettle if interested)
Spacious personal toilet/bathroom
Window with a very nice view (perfect if you like watching the sunset)

LOTS of space for belongings! I have a full closet I wasn’t able to fill up. There’s a main double door closet, additional spacious shelves for storing any belongings/decorations, AND storage underneath bed.

Desk with lots of study space, with a TV included to watch and relax when you need a break! Top drawer has a key to lock important personal belongings.

The flat is super spacious and very comfortable to live in. Very easy to clean and maintain, and disability friendly if needed.
