We’re a fun, social household looking for 3 new housemates to join our massive 4-storey house near Liverpool city centre !!!!

Currently 5 girls and 2 guys (19–26) — we’re a mix of students and young professionals, mostly just out of uni. This might sound like every ad you’ve come across, but we do genuinely love hanging out, whether that’s a pint at the local or movie nights in our lush living room. That said, if you need your own space or have had a rough day at work, don’t stress — the house is huge, so you’ve always got room to do your own thing ☺️

The property has 10 bedrooms over 4 levels which includes 3 bathrooms + 2 toilets, 2 Fully equiped kitchens, 2 washing machines, a Gym, Cosy TV room/communal space and a Fortnightly cleaner!!

Also important to remember Bills are also included!

We are right near the Novotel; only a 15 min walk to city centre / Lime Street. Very close to shops, pubs & transport.

We ideally want to find housemates around the same age as us (19–26). Whether you’re a student or a working professional doesn’t bother us — what matters most is that you’re sociable, easy-going, and up for proper house vibes (this isn’t a silent house and does like a drink or two over the weekend).
