Double room with kitchenette

Double room with kitchenette.

I’m currently renting out the room, however, I will be leaving on the 24th of January and need someone to take over my tenancy which will end in March (but can be renewed).

The room has a kitchenette and it’s fully furnished (blanket, duvet, pillows, cups, cutlery, plates, kettle, mirror and toaster come with the room). The house has a big kitchen downstairs with 2 sets of stove, 2 ovens, microwave and air-frier.

There are two bathrooms in the house and the closest one to the room is literally next door. You will share it with 2 more people.

The bills are all included in the rent (Wi-Fi and council tax as well).

There’s 5 guys living in the house. Everyone is quiet, reserved and clean. There’s also a cleaner coming once every two weeks to clean the common areas, so the house is always nice and clean.

The deposit is £300. The agency will be needing referencing.
