A spacious room in a three-bed house in peaceful, leafy Cressington, Liverpool. The room is one of three bedrooms, between yourself and one other person, so there's plenty of room to share between two people.

I'm moving out so I'm looking for someone to take on my tenancy alongside my best friend. He's a theatre and TV writer, great company, tidy and spends most of his time working at the office. You could move in within a week - I just need enough notice to collect the remainder of my things.
