Description
A spacious room in a three-bed house in peaceful, leafy Cressington, Liverpool. The room is one of three bedrooms, between yourself and one other person, so there's plenty of room to share between two people.
The property includes a living room, a lounge, a kitchen, a back yard (with a small greenhouse, in case you want to test your green fingers), three bedrooms and and a bathroom.
The house is furnished with all essentials (white goods, sofa, TV, beds, mattresses, wardrobes etc.) but there's space for further furnishings if you wanted to make the place more of your own.
There's great public transport connections into the city centre via bus or train, and its very easy to cycle along the Waterfront into the city as well.
I'm moving out so I'm looking for someone to take on my tenancy alongside my best friend. He's a theatre and TV writer, great company, tidy and spends most of his time working at the office. You could move in within a week - I just need enough notice to collect the remainder of my things.
Rent doesn't include bills - they would need to be arranged between yourself and the present tenant. The council tax band is C. I would estimate that bills in total come into the region of £300 each.
To secure the tenancy, you will have to provide references, details for a credit check, which will be coordinated directly with the landlord via Open Rent.
Viewings available most evenings and weekends.
