Double room in furnished 3-bed house – sole use while owners are away (£700pcm inc all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, wifi)

We’re renting out a double room in our fully furnished 3-bed house in Liverpool while we’re away from 1st April to mid-August.

For the majority of the let, the tenant will have sole use of the property, as we’ll be away. We’ll be locking our bedroom/office for storage, but the rest of the house will be entirely yours, including:

1 available parking spot

The house is a new-build property - comfortable, well looked after, and ideal for someone looking for a short-term place or between moves with plenty of space and privacy.

10-minute bus to Liverpool city centre
30-minute walk to the city centre
30-minute walk to Royal Liverpool University Hospital
5-minute walk to local supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Home Bargains, B&M, and a gym
15-minute drive to Crosby Beach

Rent & T&C's:
£700 per calendar month
All bills included (council tax, utilities, broadband)
Available 1st April – mid-August (with option to extend)

We’ll be returning mid-August for a few weeks, then leaving again.

Happy to rent for 5 months only, or longer, if you’re comfortable sharing briefly while we’re back.

We’re looking for a responsible, tidy, and independent person who will take good care of the house while we’re away. Ideal for a working professional, NHS staff member, or someone between moves.
