land lord is incredible, rent 375, 625 after bills. House is fully furnished and available room has a double bed with drawers and a book shelf. There is a desk and chair currently downstairs as I’m in the process of selling it, (if you need a desk I’ll put it in your room). There’s free street parking (need to apply for a free permit), 3 min walk to bus station which goes direct into town, small back yard, washing machine and tumble dryer which are mine not the landlords, shoes off household please, need to pass a credit check with the landlord. I’d like to meet up with anyone in the hose so you can look around before contacting the landlord
