Close to city centre, fast wifi, fully furnished, single occupancy, available now.

It is a large downstairs bedroom with a double bed, a big wardrobe and a foldable table. The en-suite wet room is very large too with more storage space.

You would share the front door, entrance and the kitchen with me. The kitchen is quite small but it is fully equipped. It has a washing machine as well.

The house is designed in a way that we wouldn’t be in each other’s space.

There is a parking space that you are welcome to use as well right in front of the bedroom.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is near to a bus stop and Edge Hill train station.

I am looking for someone rather quiet and clean.

The utility bills are included, but you would need to get your own TV licence if you wished to have one.
