Amazing House Near City Centre

Lovely, modern, quiet house available for weekdays only (Monday after 3pm to Fridays at 10am) until the end of March.

Total price including all bills for the 4 nights is £295 (reduced from £340). If you only need 3 nights then we can negotiate. Payment required upfront/in advance to reserve as I am expecting this to be quite a popular offering.

You will have the house to yourself, as the owner only stays at the weekends (Friday to Monday). A cleaner will come at 10am on Fridays, however, cleanliness and respect for my home is paramount. The cleaner will do the laundry and a light clean, but the guest is expected to clean up after him/herself, put the wheelie bins out, etc. and generally take care of my home while I am away.

Happy to accept professionals who are only in town for a week, or someone who needs to stay for the full duration (available until end of March). I am easy going, very clean, and we will probably never meet as our paths may not cross.

You will have a king size bed, with a very comfy mattress, desk and wall mounted TV. Wifi and heating bills included, but please do not go mad with the thermostat! Bedding and towels are provided.

You can park for free on the street, there are always spaces and no restrictions.

Tesco and other supermarkets close by, Lark Lane only a 10 minute walk, 10 minute bus route into city centre, David Lloyd gym 10 mins in the other direction.
