Double en-suite room for takeover tenancy

My partner is looking for someone to takeover his tenancy on a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom property in Smithdown Liverpool. Just to clarify only one room is available to be taken over. All bedrooms are en-suite and additionally fitted with speakers (which I think is a really nice touch). His room is the largest in the house and is on the top floor. The house will be shared with 5 other boys who are all lovely and well kept. The rent is £160 per week which calculates to £640 per month inclusive of all bills.
