Double room to rent

I’m looking for a lodger for my spare room. Ideally, a young professional with a similar lifestyle to myself - I work from home 2/3 days a week, have friends over occasionally, like a quiet night in and going out socially.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy.

I have done a lot of renovation on the house, some jobs are still to be done.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.

There is on street parking, the house is a 10 minute walk to either Fazakerley or Orrell Park train stations and close to bus routes.
