Spare room available in a lovely, fully furnished house from 28th March on a rolling contract.
You would just need your own bedroom furniture - the rest of the house is fully furnished and well looked after.
You'll be sharing with me - I'm 28, Irish, no kids, a hard-working nurse, and I've lived here for 6 years so it's very much a settled, homely space.
I'm happy, outgoing, clean and respectful, and l'd love to share with someone on a similar wavelength - easygoing, tidy, working professional, and considerate of shared spaces.
I do have one cat who's mainly outdoors, so you'd need to be comfortable with that
Rent is £690 per month, which includes all bills (WiFi, gas, electricity, water, council tax - everything included).
One month's rent and one month's deposit required in advance.
Looking for someone who wants a calm, comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
