I’m moving out as I’ve recently bought a house, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room in our spacious and welcoming home.

We’re a friendly, sociable household who enjoy a mix of cosy nights in and the occasional trip to the pub for a drink. It’s a relaxed and inclusive environment, and we’re looking for someone who’d like to be part of that.

The House:
• Large living room with FireTv
• Open kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezers, and 2 ovens
• Washer and dryer
• 3 bathrooms!
• Ample street parking
• 3 minute walk to Lidl
• Well connected by bus routes
• 20-minute walk to the uni
• 35-minute walk into town

The Room:
• 2nd floor rear-facing double room
• You’ll share the bathroom pictured with one other housemate
• Includes double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers

It’s a great house in a very convenient location and you’ll be living with some lovely people. We’re a mix between working professionals and PhD students who often hang out in the evenings but also respect each other’s space. We've all tried to make the house feel like a comfortable home :)
