Room available in large flat

We're two friends looking for someone who is chilled, possibly enjoys making or listening to music (we are both musicians) and a likes a relaxed peaceful environment to live in. The flat is massive with a beautiful communal living room, plus a smaller communal space where if needed you can store your things. This room serves as an office or reading space if the other communal room is in use.

There are 2 bathrooms and 2 gardens along with a spare room where we dry clothes and also store things. The kitchen is small but functional, with a large seperate fridge and freezer.

The bedroom itself is a good size and gets lots of light. We have a double bed spare if needed as the superking one shown in the pictures belongs to the housemate moving out.
